Angullong (Orange, NSW), Angullong Sauvignon Blanc 2016

This Angullong 2016 Sauvignon Blanc exemplifies all the varietal expressions of  Australian cool climate version of the grape. Winemaker Ben Crossing has allowed full expression of the variety with minimal interference
It opens up as highly fragrant in the floral, passionfruit range. It then expresses itself as a rich, luscious, balanced and very enjoyable drop.
The 13.5% alc is counterbalanced by the  fruit opulence and natural cool climate acid.
It pushes all the right buttons either as a stand alone aperitif and as an accompaniment to antepasta and omelettes.
It will be ideal for the spring / summer season
