Pig in the House [Canowindra, NSW], Organic Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

This is the latest release by Jason & Rebecca O'Dea from their Biodynamic / Organic property in Canowindra NSW, in the Cowra GI.
Grapes grown & vinified under their strict biodynamic philosophy with minimal intervention, reflect both the muscularity of the variety as well as the regionality.
The colour is purple / deep mulberry and the nose & palate are replete with black currant, mocha and mixed herbs.
The unobtrusive yet supportive fine tannins and 14% Alc muscularity support the pristine primary fruit characters to a sweet long finish
This 2018 Organic Pig in the House Cabernet Sauvignon delivers no-nonsense ample drinkability and enjoyment.
