Angullong (Orange, NSW), Angullong Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

This current release is a no-nonsense, satisfying, typically regional Cabernet Sauvignon offering by Ben Crossing and the Angullong team.
This 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon from the Orange region reflects its terroir and varietal attributes.
3 years of development have started to round off the angularity of components.
This leads to a delivery of grippy savouriness with gobsful of red currant / dark berries.
Wafts of tobacco & maraschino cherries mingle with coconut essence to tease the taste buds
This is all very well supported by textural tannins and sweet glycerol [14.5% Alc] warmth
This well-priced 2016 Angullong Cabernet Sauvignon can be enjoyed now but will also benefit from some cellaring
Price: $22
